When using our standard delivery, your order should be with you in three (3) to five (5) working days (excludes weekends and public/bank holidays).
ALL ORDERS above €25.00 will get FREE Delivery in MALTA. GOZO deliveries are subject to a charge of €5-€10 OR €10-€20 for heavy items including some fitness equipment and accessories.
Please note: For large gym equipment the client will be contacted within two (2) to three (3) working days from date of placing the order to coordinate delivery. Heavy/large goods that do not fit in a lift or for premises that have no lift, there will be the need of a lifting service for the charge of €35 (paid upon delivery).
What is the return period?
Return period for sale items is one week from date of receipt of the item. Non-sale items return period is one month from date of receipt of the item.
Online orders only may be refunded for up to 14 days from date of purchase.
How soon will I get my refund? (Online orders only)
Once your return has been received and inspected, our team will get back to you by phone/email to advise about your return request and any possible reimbursement.
If your return is approved and you are eligible for a refund, this will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
What are the conditions of return?
All items, unless faulty, must be returned in original condition with all packaging and labels, unworn and unwashed. Personalised products, unless faulty, are not eligible for refund/exchange.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items may not be returned:
Underwear and masks, due to hygiene reasons.
Free gifts or promotional items.
Any items that are damaged, worn, or washed.
What return options are offered for online orders?
Fill in the Returns Form and bring your items to our Birkirkara store together with the invoice/receipt of purchase.
Include one copy of the Returns Form with your item(s) – this must clearly show the original order number (ex: ORDER 12345 and INVOICE No. 12345), with your contact details clearly highlighted
Send to the below address, adding “ECOMMERCE STORE RETURN” on the parcel:

Contactless drop off:
Include one copy of the Returns Form with your item(s) and bring a second copy to show at the drop off point for stamping.
