Maximum Load Capacity
It's important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the images above. If you subtract your body weight of the maximum load capacity, you will know the amount of weights you can load. You include your body weight only when there are parts on which you can sit or lay on. Example: If you weigh a 100 kg, you can train with 100 kg on the CT40 before you reach the maximum load capacity of 200 kg.


Leg rolls to support calfs: The wide base ensures stable balance. Your calves rest behind the leg rolls. They ensure extra variation possibilities. Your hands rest on the sturdy support and provide extra balance while you work out.
Adjustable in height (abs support): You can adjust the Tunturi CT40 Core Trainer according to your needs - adjust the height of the hip and abdominal support so you can train ergonomically.
Solidly stitched coating: The stitched seat with extra sturdy corners guarantees that you can use your weight bench for many years and prevents wear and tear to delicate parts.
