Super Bands are great for assisting with pull-ups, sit-ups, and improving lateral and forward speed with exercises such as jogging, behind-the-back drags, and lunges.

Loop bands are great for both upper and lower body exercise and are suitable for side-stepping, leg stretching and shoulder stability training.

Elastic natural latex tube with a nylon protective cover against premature wear of the tube and the prevention of injury after the inside tube is torn. Various resistors with colour coding are available. It is suitable for explosive training and can be combined with the LIVEPRO resistance bar LP8400.
