The LIVEPRO Gym Sled is the ideal tool to increase your strength and endurance. It gives you the ability to tone and enhance your entire body with just one piece of workout equipment. The flat construction and solid gliding shoes allow for smooth pushing/pulling on multiple surfaces, even on rubber floors. The sled offers a storage for your existing bumpers plates or olympic plates. That gives the sled more weight for a more intense workout. The sled has two types of different handles for pushing exercises and pull attachments to use with a harness (sold separately).
