Remove the guard from the water and allow it to drip the remaining water. Then you put it around the upper part of your mouth and press the guard against the jaw. Then rinse the mouth guard with cold water: now you have a perfectly appropriate mouth guard.

Note: For any equipment / accessories that requires assembly, clients will be contacted to coordinate delivery. Should there be need of a lifting service due to heavy/large equipment that does not fit in lift or for premises that have no lift, a charge of €35 will apply (to be paid upon delivery).
