The set consists of two belts and two shoulder straps. The shoulder straps can be put around your shoulders and on the belts. Then you attach the belts to the power sled using a snap hook. Get started with exercises such as the forward drag, lateral drag or reverse drag. By increasing the weight of the sled with weight plates, you can make the exercises as intensive as you like.

Note: For any equipment / accessories that requires assembly, clients will be contacted to coordinate delivery. Should there be need of a lifting service due to heavy/large equipment that does not fit in lift or for premises that have no lift, a charge of €35 will apply (to be paid upon delivery).
