This Tunturi Interval Timer is an ideal tool for an interval training. It can be used for strength sports such as crossfit and Tabata, but also for endurance sports such as cycling, running or rowing. You can choose between two intervals (rest and workout) and select 2 to 99 repetitions. The timer goes up to 100 minutes and it has a stopwatch function. When you’ve finished a repetition, the timer sends an alarm signal and it will vibrate.
